Adam Rath

Owner

Adam is the owner and visionary behind Allied Automotive, founded in 2015 with a mission to make auto repair and service convenient and painless. With his commitment to quality, exceptional customer service, and strong relationships, he’s built Allied Automotive into a trusted industry leader. Now that Adam doesn’t handle all the day to day business stuff, he stays in the background keeping an eye on things and helping the team out. During his free time he enjoys leading a mastermind group for automotive shop owners, sharing his expertise and passion for success, and reading . Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife, Becky, and their daughters, Julia and Tessa.

Jenn Greene

Sales Manager

Jenn began her career at Allied Automotive in 2020 as a dedicated Service Advisor/Manager, bringing over 22 years of experience in restaurant management and a passion for making a difference. She sought a more fulfilling career and found her calling in helping clients feel confident and supported in their automotive decisions. Jenn’s commitment to exceptional service and her deep understanding of vehicle care make her an invaluable part of our team!

Scott Rappleyea

Production Manager

Scott joined Allied Automotive in 2019 as our Shop Forman and ultimately transitioned into our Operations Manager, where he ensures smooth shop operations with his sharp eye for detail and dedication to excellence. Scott is committed to fostering a productive and ethical work environment rooted in Allied’s core values. When he’s not leading the team or improving workflows, Scott enjoys cheering on the New York Jets and spending time with his two children, Bailey and Mason.

Mike Chalekian

Lead Technician

Mike has been a Technician/Shop Lead with Allied Automotive since 2019, bringing over 15 years of experience to our team. Originally from New York, Mike moved to Pennsylvania in 2015 and continued his career in Bethlehem before joining our team. When he’s not keeping our clients’ vehicles in top shape, you can find him on the ice playing hockey for two men’s league teams or spending time with his family, friends, and his lovable (but tough) English bulldog, Luna.

Nate Bordner

Technician

Nate came on board in 2022 as a Technician, specializing in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair at Allied Automotive. A passionate sports fan, he volunteers as a youth soccer coach for the Lower Macungie Youth Association. Nate also has a deep love for muscle cars and old trucks, which he enjoys sharing with others. Outside of work, he and his wife, Kimberly, stay busy raising their two wonderful children, Trinity and Axel. We’re proud to have Nate on our team!

Rick Diefenderfer

Technician

Rick started at Allied Automotive in early 2024 as an experienced Automotive Technician, bringing his passion for cars and mechanical expertise to every repair. With a strong interest in classic muscle cars, he thrives in the fast-paced automotive world and is always eager for new challenges. Outside of work, Rick enjoys watching Miami Dolphins games, sharpening his billiards skills, and spending quality time with his family. He is supported by his girlfriend, Arlene, and is a proud father to his son, Miles, and daughter, Kendall. We’re grateful to have Rick on our team!

Mike Fichter

Production Assitant

Mike was our very first employee at Allied Automotive in 2015, quickly establishing himself as our lead technician before pursuing new opportunities. He rejoined the team last year as our Production Assistant, ensuring the shop runs smoothly by managing day-to-day operations. With years of experience running his own shop—and a loyal clientele that still trusts his expertise—Mike brings invaluable knowledge to our team. Outside of work, he enjoys competitive pool and cherishes quality time with his girlfriend, friends, and family, even if he’d rather avoid the camera.

Adam Fink

Customer Experience Rep

Adam, is our Customer Experience Representative at Allied Automotive. He Joined our team at the beginning of 2024 and has been our main point of contact for our clients since then. Based in Kutztown, Adam combines his passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction with a strong work ethic inspired by his close-knit family. He excels in fast-paced environments all while fostering positive client relationships.

Marty

Shop Legend/Mascot

Meet Marty, our favorite moose and shop legend! For all our Gehmans Garage customers, this is the original moose that Tom made many years ago. Marty has been standing tall in the lobby for the past several decades, keeping an eye on things in his own quiet, intimidating way. He doesn’t help with repairs anymore, but he’s an expert at adding character to the shop. Marty’s a loyal team member and a great selfie buddy—just don’t expect him to crack a smile! Stop by and say hi to the moose who’s been here longer than most of us!
