Owner
Adam is the owner and visionary behind Allied Automotive, founded in 2015 with a mission to make auto repair and service convenient and painless. With his commitment to quality, exceptional customer service, and strong relationships, he’s built Allied Automotive into a trusted industry leader. Now that Adam doesn’t handle all the day to day business stuff, he stays in the background keeping an eye on things and helping the team out. During his free time he enjoys leading a mastermind group for automotive shop owners, sharing his expertise and passion for success, and reading . Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife, Becky, and their daughters, Julia and Tessa.
General Manager
Scott joined Allied Automotive in 2019 as our Shop Forman and ultimately transitioned into our Operations Manager, where he ensures smooth shop operations with his sharp eye for detail and dedication to excellence. Scott is committed to fostering a productive and ethical work environment rooted in Allied’s core values.
When he’s not leading the team or improving workflows, Scott enjoys cheering on the New York Jets and spending time with his two children, Bailey and Mason.

A “Jill of all trades,” has had a varied career in several industries from automotive to the care sector, retail management, and the beauty industry over the last 20 years. She brings years of automotive industry experience, working in several roles in the back of the house, recently as an advisor. With all her variety and expertise in customer care, Katie continually finds herself pulled back to her roots to her true calling in the automotive industry, where her skills truly shine. What has always been a throughline in Katie’s work is her commitment to service and efficiency for her clients and customers, having fun and building relationships along the way!

With over three years of professional experience in the automotive industry, Jacob brings hands-on expertise and a passion for vehicle repair and customization. He was awarded a full scholarship to Universal Technical Institute, where he further developed his skills and technical knowledge, and he is also a proud graduate of Carbon Career and Technical Institute. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys building and restoring custom cars—a craft honed through both formal training and personal projects. As the oldest of ten siblings, he plays a key role in helping manage the family’s households and vehicles, showcasing his strong sense of responsibility, organization, and mechanical know-how.

Adam, is our Customer Experience Representative at Allied Automotive. He Joined our team at the beginning of 2024 and has been our main point of contact for our clients since then. Based in Kutztown, Adam combines his passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction with a strong work ethic inspired by his close-knit family. He excels in fast-paced environments all while fostering positive client relationships.

Meet Marty, our favorite moose and shop legend! For all our Gehmans Garage customers, this is the original moose that Tom made many years ago. Marty has been standing tall in the lobby for the past several decades, keeping an eye on things in his own quiet, intimidating way. He doesn’t help with repairs anymore, but he’s an expert at adding character to the shop. Marty’s a loyal team member and a great selfie buddy—just don’t expect him to crack a smile! Stop by and say hi to the moose who’s been here longer than most of us!

Daniel is one of the newest members of the Allied Automotive team, bringing a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry. He’s excited to continue growing his skillset alongside our experienced team while providing dedicated service to our clients. Outside of work, Daniel stays active playing guitar, bodybuilding, and continually expanding his knowledge of all things automotive. We’re excited to watch him grow with us!

Sergio brings nearly two decades of hands-on automotive experience and a lifelong passion for working on cars. He began learning the trade at just 13 years old and has built a strong reputation for diagnostics, attention to detail, and solving complex vehicle issues. His experience includes engine diagnostics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and drivetrain repairs. Sergio is also a natural mentor who enjoys helping teammates troubleshoot problems and sharing what he’s learned over the years.
Outside the shop, he enjoys working on automotive projects and continuing to learn new technology as the industry evolves.
